When what we believe on the inside does not match what we do on the outside, we have stepped outside of our own integrity and our own authenticity. It makes it near impossible to practice all of the things that make us resilient: connected, optimistic, grateful, persistent, courageous.

It is like running a race in someone else’s running shoes.

Being your own brave and vulnerable self is the greatest gift to you can give to yourself and the world.

Once you remember who you are, the game will change.
